Unless otherwise stated, Free Shipping promotions are limited to shipments within the United States Only.

Priority Mail Shipping
For Priority Mail Shipping of In-Stock items, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Your package should arrive within 2-5 days from the date the order was shipped.

Express Shipping
For Express Shipping of In-Stock items, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Your package should arrive within 1-2 days from the date the order was shipped.

Global Express Shipping
For International Shipping of In-Stock items, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Your package should arrive within 3-6 days from the date the order was shipped.

Different Shipping & Billing Addresses
International Shipments must have the same Billing and Shipping Address. Domestic shipments to addresses other than the billing address can potentially delay order processing and shipment.

Unclaimed and Returned Packages
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address for delivery. In addition, some shipping methods may require a signature for delivery. You are responsible for the cost of reshipment of orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, failure to provide signature, and unclaimed packages. Packages returned to us for any of these reasons will be held for a limited time to be reshipped. If the order is not reshipped the it will be handled as a returned order.

Exchanges

1. Within 14 days from the date the item has been delivered a Return Authorization request must be submitted utilizing the Customer Service Form on our web site. Please include the item, size, and color of the item you would like in Exchange. The item must be of equal or lesser value than the item being exchanged.

2. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization Number, you must mail the unworn item, in its Original Condition, with Original Tags Attached, Free of any Odors or Scents, along with your sales receipt, and Return Authorization Number within 14 days to the address below:

3. You are responsible for the cost of Return Shipping. It is recommended that you utilize a shipping method with tracking as you are responsible for the secure delivery of the package.

4. There is no charge for shipping on Exchanges if the item is being shipped within the Continental United States. For all other shipping destinations, additional shipping charges will apply.

5.All or multiple order items can be submitted for exchange however Exchanges will only be processed once per order.

6. Secret Sale purchases, Intimate apparel, and Accessories cannot be Exchanged or Returned.

7. Clearance purchases can not be exchanged but can be returned for Store Credit.
