How do I place an order?
As you browse through the merchandise in our store you add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Bag by first selecting the Color and Size you want and then clicking the blue “Add to My Bag” button on the product detail page. Once you have added all of the items you want to purchase to your Shopping Bag, click the Shopping Bag button at the top right of our site to review the items in your bag. Once you are ready to place your order click the Checkout Now button to begin the check out process.
Can I order by phone?
We do not accept phone orders at this time. All orders must be placed online.
Do you have a Sizing Chart to assist with picking the right size item?
A Sizing Chart button is located on every product detail page. It’s the fourth Blue Button on the page. You can also view the Sizing Chart by Clicking
Do you offer a catalog?
We do not offer a catalog for our merchandise. Most of our clothing items are limited collections that are not reproduced once sold out. Merchandise in our store is therefore always changing. We do however have an electronic newsletter that you can subscribe to by entering and submitting your email address at the bottom right of our site. Our newsletters feature New Styles as well as exclusive money saving coupons.
I can not find an item that I saw previously on your site.
All of our clothing are limited collections and are produced in limited quantities. Most items once sold out are never restocked. We do however get similar styles in on occasion that are similar to those previously offered. You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom right of our site to get notifications on new styles that come in or check our New
Arrivals page regularly as we are always adding new styles.
I see a picture of an item in a color I want but the color is not listed in the color options.
Once an item is sold out in a particular color or size the size or color may be removed from the available options.
Do you offer clothing in sizes XLarge and above?
We work with hundreds of designers that primarily produce limited collection items. Most of the designers produce their items in sizes Small through Large however a few do offer sizes of X-Large and higher at times. Whenever these items are available we try to purchase them for our customers looking for larger sizes. Whenever there are items available in XLarge or higher we place a link in the category to help with finding these items. For example at the top of the "Tops" category you will find an "XLarge Tops" category link which only displays XLarge Tops. We are actively looking for additional designers that offer larges sizes and are looking forward to launching a full Plus Size Category.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, and Paypal. We are NOT able to accept Prepaid Visa/MasterCard Gift Cards. In addition, we do not accept Money Orders, Checks, or any other form of payment at this time.
Is my payment information secure?
We utilize Secure 128 Bit SSL Encryption technology throughout the entire checkout process to ensure that all of your account and payment information is secure.
To further enhance our security, when you place an order your payment information is transmitted securely direct to your credit card carrier for approval. We do not store or retain your credit card information in our system at anytime.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day but we ask that you allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once shipped, Priority Mail is 2-4 Days and Express Mail is 1-2 days. Free Priority Mail shipping for orders $50 or more is the same as Priority Mail shipping except its FREE. Be sure when creating your account that the billing information you supply matches what is on file with your credit card company or your order could potentially be delayed or cancelled. International shipping times will vary.
How much will shipping cost?
Priority Mail shipping starts at $4.80 and Express Mail starts at $14.55. We offer Free Priority Mail Shipping on orders of $50 or more within the U.S. Free Priority Mail shipping is the same as Priority Mail shipping except it is FREE. To obtain an exact shipping quote for your order, first shop the store and add all the items you would like to your shopping bag. Next click the Shopping Bag button at the top right of the site. Now click on the View Shipping Options and Pricing button and enter your shipping information into the shipping calculator to get an exact quote. There is also a shipping calculator along the left side of every Product Category Page.
Do you offer next day shipping?
We offer Express Mail shipping from the United States Postal Service which is overnight to most locations and two days to others. To determine if overnight service is available to your location click the Express Mail Commitment link below. While we place a high priority on all Express Mail orders and most orders are shipped within 1 business day, we do ask that you still allow up to 2 business days for processing.
In addition, please be sure when creating your account that the billing information you supply matches what is on file with your credit card company or your order could potentially be delayed or cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We can also ship to customers in other countries if you have a Verified Paypal account with a Confirmed Shipping address. You can contact us using our customer
service form to have an account set up for ordering.We also ship to overseas APO and FPO addresses. All international orders, excluding APO/FPO shipments, must utilize the same billing and shipping address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. We utilize the United States Postal Service for shipments and we do ship to PO Boxes.
Do you ship to APO and FPO Military addresses?
Yes we do ship to APO and FPO military address. AA, AE, and AP selections are available as options in the drop down list for states. These options can be utilized when shipping to military addresses.
Are orders delivered on Saturdays?
We utilize the United States Postal Service for all shipments so orders are delivered on Saturday.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order click on the My
Account button at the top right of our site and sign in with the username and password you created during checkout. Once signed in click on the Order Status button. We also email you a notification when your item has shipped which includes the tracking information for your order.
Do you provide Tracking information for shipments?
Yes. Once your order is shipped we will email you a notification that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also obtain your tracking number by logging into your account and clicking the Order Status button.
What are your Return Policies?

Can I return clothing I ordered if it does not fit?
